Martini Bay: A New American Bar Experience with Trendy Dining and Outdoor Charm

Went for the New Year's multi-course meal and dueling pianos to ring in the new year. Was absolutely our vibe. Great service and atmosphere. Will look into events here again for sure.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Martini Bay! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our server Colton was exquisite — attentive, professional, and just an all-around great guy who made sure our table was taken care of every step of the way. Brent behind the bar is phenomenal — easily one of the best bartenders in town. His drinks were spot-on and full of personality. Even Josh, another server who wasn’t assigned to our table, stopped by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed — that really made us feel like family. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service took it to the next level. If you’re in Lake Havasu, Martini Bay is the place to be for great food, great drinks, and an even better team.

Food is Excellent!!! However, had table reserved, did not save table, ordered two entrées with garden salads, got two different salads, had to ask for cutlery. Had to get centerpiece candle and salt and pepper from another table. Ordered steak, got steak, no steak knife, Ordered baked potato with no sour cream, came with sour cream. Just small details. Once again, great food!!! Staff was friendly, I will say it may have just been a one off experience but still worth mentioning.

Our server Josh was amazing, he makes the experience here so much better. Food was Amazing! I had the firecracker shrimp, so so good, with the Tiramasu Martini also excellent. Great atmosphere we sat outside with the beautiful view of the London Bridge and when it started to get a little cold moved o er to the fireplace. Love this place.

Always a good meal at Martini Bay! One of the top restaurants our town has to offer. Hands-down the best fillet in town, I don’t even bother ordering one anywhere else in town. Chef Sarah frequently changes up the menu or has specials too, which I absolutely love!

Came for happy hour. Food was so tasty we returned for dinner. It was even better. Our favorite appetizer was the poke and least favorite was the coconut shrimp. Dinner entrees were scallops and sea bass both outstanding. Dessert we had the chocolate cake small, dense, rich chocolate.

1st time in Lake havasu. Accidentally stumbled upon this place. Located inside the London Bridge resort. Free parking. Gorgeous views of the water and London bridge. Our server, Colton, knew everything on the menu. We walked in during happy hour and as a foodie, I was so excited! All the apps were half off! We almost ordered everything but we were full after ordering 7 apps. Will definitely be back again!!
